Jernkontoret’s Competency Supply Council consists of HR managers and HR representatives from Jernkontoret’s co-owners and stakeholder companies, Jernkontoret’s technical director, director of communications as well as persons within  Jernkontoret having responsibility for competency supply issues.

The Council

  • defines and prioritises industry-wide inputs in respect of competency supply 
  • monitors activities nationally and internationally that affect the steel industry’s competency supply possibilities 
  • is a sounding board in planning of industry-wide activities

The Competency Supply Council comprises the following members:
